About

My passion for photography started when I was at school. I used my phone camera to take photos and then after some time I switched to a professional camera. My first love was Nikon D90. This camera served me well for a long time, as I would explore all types of photography until I found the one that gave me the most satisfaction and joy. I realized that photographing people made my pictures more alive and vivid. To capture the essence is perhaps the most challenging, yet the most rewarding task.

I am Armenian based in Amsterdam. I love traveling and getting to know different cultures as everything and everyone has a story and seeing that story through my lens and telling it is truly fulfilling. I feel lucky to have found a job the process of which is as fascinating and joyful as the result.

For me photography is not about clicking the button, it is about observing and finding.

It is the art of seeing.
